Kristen Wieder joined DMS Management, LLC in 2019 and oversees management of the portfolio, including all retail and industrial properties. Kristen has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1995, specializing in property management and project management.
In her career, she has managed large portfolios of office, retail and industrial properties including negotiation and maintenance of service contracts, tenant relations and lease administration including subleases and assignments, budget preparation, monthly financial reporting and management of capital improvements and tenant finish projects.
She also has experience managing commercial development projects and working with architects, contractors, property owners and municipalities. Kristen is a graduate of Colorado State University and lives in Denver with her husband and three sons. In her free time she enjoys traveling, spending time in the mountains and watching her boys’ countless baseball games and other activities.

Tammy Lawton is a bookkeeper and an office manager for DMS Management LLC. Tammy joined DMS in 2018 with more than 18 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. In her current role, she is responsible for all the daily bookkeeping for operations, including all monthly and annual operating reports.
Tammy has lived in Denver most of her life and considers herself a native. She likes to spend time snowboarding, reading and spending time with her family as well as her two dogs.
